The meaning of the human experience can perhaps only be determined after experiencing the fullness of Humanity. However, it seems apparent that every human experiences life uniquely and differently. The extreme variations in the life experiences of humans seems to shed doubt on whether any human being may experience what may be universally considered the fullness of humanity. Because of these variations in experience, the opinions on the meaning of being human also vary in relation to these differing experiences. In conclusion, it may not be possible for any human to objectively, authoritatively, and accurately declare the meaning of being Human.
That said, an absolute meaning of being Human may indeed exist even if said meaning is not and can not be known by any Human to a degree of absolute certainty.
It may also be possible that the meaning of being Human is relative to each human experience. If indeed the meaning of being Human is relative, it is by definition not possible to authoritatively know that this is the case.
Nonetheless, it should be the pursuit of every Human to seek out and find the meaning of being Human. This in and of itself may in fact be the meaning of being Human.
